Evidence-During our class meetings during leadership and group work outside of school I have made it very important everyone gets a chance to share their opinion and that they feel they are heard. So I have made an extra effort to pay attention to my body language and tuning out outside distractions to focus on that one person.

Evidence- After our leadership development day we were brainstorming ideas of how to follow through with the new ideas and perspectives. When we began to make goals for our team and I ,along with my fellow peers, came up with ways that we could accomplish these goals realistically.

Evidence- I have become friends with numerous amounts of people and have joined the bulldog project and Christian clubs which will broaden the amount of people I can reach! And because I am able to communicate with those around me, I can inform them about upcoming events and school happenings.

Evidence- I have gone over the syllabus, rules, and expectations for those in Mr.Chitwoods leadership class and am now going over the leadership expectations in more detail.

Evidence- While selling at the football game at Tracy High School for Saint Jude, I made sure I asked every and any customer how they were doing or how their day was going, and made sure to be helpful in every and anyway possible.

Evidence- I have not only made a post but reposted Tracy High School events advertising the events to those who follow me on social media and I have been very careful about how I respond to people talking about the school in general.

Communication

Effective leaders continually self-evaluate and seek the feedback of outside observers in order to expand their leadership skills.
Evidence- During a field trip to a CADA event with the '23-'24 Leadership class I had a good conversation with a Leadership student from another school about how we do things at each others schools and we both gave each other suggestions and feedback on what we do in our school.

Evidence- At the begging of the year I made a goal list on the notes app on my phone that had long term and short term goals and I completed my goals which I am very proud of.
